Product Description
KMA contact voltage regulator is certificated to be in the 14th category of energy-saving products on China Machinery & Electric Industry. Being an ideal AC voltage supply, it is featured by its non-waveform distortion, small size, light weight, high efficiency, high reliability, convenience and long-term working capability. The regulator belongs to adjustable auto regulators. The coil is installed evenly on a ring-shaped iron core. The brushes closely contact with the polished surface of the coil, driving the rotating shaft and then the brushes’ framework. The carbon brushes, therefore, slip on the surface of the coil, changing positions of contact points. A smooth stepless adjustment within the adjustment range is achieved.
Scope of application
The products are widely used in industrial production, scientific experiments and testing in areas such as household appliances regulator equipment, inspection and test equipment, rectifier equipment, electrical products aging test equipment, power control equipment to achieve voltage regulation, temperature control, tune speed, dimming and power control purposes.
Selection of materials
1. We have high permeability steel straight orientation, so the loss is small.
2. Mechanical automatic winding evenly between the turns of each line straightened parallel, so that the contact surface is smooth
3. Heat-resistant resin material is utilized in dipping and curing processes, leading to a stronger resistance to heat for the regulator.
4. Mechanical grinding process is utilized to smooth the contact surface just like a mirror.
5. The application of traditional multi carbon brushes expands the contact surface and decreases current that each brush needs to hold. As a result, the temperature rise of the regulator decreases.
6. High-performance carbon brushes increase conductivity and eliminate sparks.
7. A Welding surface by cooper reduces contact resistance and also the temperature rise.
8. Heat-resistant elastic metal stabilizes mechanical stress and reduces the temperature form contacts.
